I called Big Foot Moving when my initial plans to move my mom from one senior housing bldg to another fell through a little more than a week prior to the move. They were able to accommodate us in a short time period and put us at ease. The movers showed up on-time, were very courteous, helpful and fast so that we could meet the move in time at the new location. Again, the movers were professional and made the whole moving experience drama free. Will definitely use their services again if needed!!

We had the comedy team of Chuck, Gio, Alex M, and Mike to do our move, and they were courteous, kind, quick, careful...and FUNNY. Many thanks to mother nature, who provided us with a snowstorm the night before. Still, they finished the job in under the estimated time. Nick was our sales guy, and everything he promised was true! Highly recommend!

It started off with a quick and reasonable estimate from Nick, who also helped coordinate a third party service to disassemble & reassemble my heavy treadmill. Big Foot Moving is Fantastic. Just used them, as my wife and I were downsizing to a smaller house. The guys they sent, Chuck and Elliot were great. Courteous, professional, hard working and just a pleasure to do business with. We recently moved from a house to a condo in the same town. We have a lot of custom-made furniture and we were worried that it would be damaged in the move. However, the team from Bigfoot made sure that did not happen. They wrapped and padded all the delicate items and handled them with great care. The moving team — Scotty, Ivan, Naicy, Garry, and Miguel — were very professional and efficient. They worked together as a well-oiled machine to get all our belongings to our new home without a scratch. Then they willingly carried all the heavy items either up 17 steps or down 15 steps from the main level to the place the items were to go. I recommend Bigfoot highly and would use them again if I move again.

I had a great experience with Big Foot Movers from initial contacts with Nick who did the estimate, provided advice and suggestions and stayed in contact with me until I was settled at my new home. The guys who packed and loaded , Josh, Ryan, Edwin and Xavier took special care of my belongings and the packing job was awesome. This team was professional as well as super nice. Moving the next day to my new home also went smoothly with Josh, Ryan and Miguel handling my furniture and belongings with care. They were accommodating, extremely helpful, polite and wanted to be sure that I was happy. A special “thank you” to all the guys who helped me move out and settle in my new home. BigFoot managed a full household move for us in two parts - an initial move to a new home with a few items going to storage for about a year, and then a second move to deliver the stored pieces once we figured out where they would go. In both cases, the team was responsive from start to finish: estimating, scheduling, showing up on time, handling our items with care, and great communication in between for questions. The storage element was very smooth - all of our stuff was in the same condition coming out as it was going in. I felt the prices were fair for all of the elements: pack, move, and store. The guys who handled the move were professional: on time, courteous, treated our stuff with respect, and very efficient when moving boxes and furniture back into the new location. While I hope not to have to move very often (!) this is not due to Big Foot in any way! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Mike Bavuso has done a great job in assembling a wonderful team of professionals at Big Foot Moving! They did three separate moves for us in a span of a few months and we were really impressed! Great organizational skills on Mike’s part and a joy to watch his people in action. They worked quickly and fulfilled all our requests. They also followed all the condo building’s regulations which made the job go really smoothly!

Hired these guys to execute a 120-mile move of a 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 1600-sf home in Massachusetts, relocating forever to Maine. Getting scheduled and set up was a snap. On the day of the move, we were assigned Gabe, Ricky, Miguel and Felipe. These guys were total pros. Of course, they handled all of our stuff with great care. I was amazed at how efficient they were. Both ends of the job went so fast! It is clear they are highly trained and experienced. We also appreciated how friendly and flexible they were. "Ma'am, where do you want this to go?" They were more than willing to re-locate a large, heavy item a second time if we didn't like where at first we placed it. And, finally, it is clear these guys like working together and function as a unit. Their camaraderie was outstanding. If you have to move, you could do a lot worse than these guys. Total pros.

I am a Professional Organizer and Move Manager, and had an involved project helping some long term clients downsize from their home in Belmont to a smaller home in Concord. The team at Big Foot went above and beyond to handle their belongings with care, but also brought compassion and expertise to the table to help keep their stress levels down! We coordinated a pickup pre-sale (to declutter for staging), and another pickup upon closing, and their belongings were stored for 6 months while construction wrapped up on their new home. Everyone from the sales team (Nick), operations/warehouse (Bob) and the moving crews we worked with (Ivan, Miguel, Naicy, Alex, Zac, Filipe, Scotty, Gary and Ethan) , as well as the specialty service that crated valuable artwork were fabulous and made me look like a star. Amazing! Nick came over to take a look at what needed to be move. Gave me a great estimate. He coordinated a 3rd party to take my treadmill apart so they can move it. I just packed and they took care of everything. The moving crew was also amazing- Miguel, Ivan, Felipe, Zac, Nicholas- all great. I highly recommend this company. Friendly, personable. We had two crews; one that packed up and loaded the truck, and a second crew that delivered our items. Both were exceptional; and you know what...they all seem to enjoy each other and their work. I needed a two-piece tool chest moved down a flight of stairs into my basement. Both pieces were over 300 pounds, didn't have any handles, and were awkwardly shaped. The team showed up an astounding 20 minutes after I called and had everything moved in 10 minutes. Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The estimate was quick and fair, they arrived first thing in the morning and worked with quickness and efficiency, and when it turned out there had been a small error in billing they immediately reached out and corrected it. Highly recommended.

I had a 70 box local urgent move. Bigfoot arrived on time. Taped my boxes. Loaded. Delivered to storage. Went to second storage location to pick up items and deliver back to my house. Unloaded. All in less than 3 hours. Final price was BELOW estimate. Who can ask for anything better than that? Good guys as well. 5 stars.

We recently used Big Foot Moving to move our family into a new construction home. They not only moved us from our temporary home but emptied a POD for us as well. The movers showed up on time, were professional, and Worked efficiently with no damage to our goods. When we ran out of packing boxes they had plenty of supplies on hand. They were very good about putting everything where we wanted it, covering the floors to protect from the winter elements, and being extremely neat. They had a team of 6 guys so the move went a lot faster than we anticipated as well. I would use them again & definitely recommend using them.

The movers were great - done faster than I would have thought and came in on-budget. They took great care with all of the items and I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I recently moved from a house (with tons of storage) to a condo. Big Foot was a huge help with our move. Some of our stuff went to the new home, some went to a place on the Cape, and a lot was donated to a Big Foot site in Acton. Everything went so smoothly. The teams always showed up on time, packed everything with great precision, got everything to the right location, and even took back some moving wardrobe boxes and other cardboard boxes. We highly recommend Big Foot. This was our second time moving with them. They have a great team and treat your stuff as if it was their own!
